The prices are reasonable but the service is awful. The car I reserved wasn't available (they offered me a tiny car instead of the suv I needed)and when I came back later in the week, the store wasn't even open at the time it said on the door. The corporate people were also not interested in providing any customer service. It was a very frustrating experience, and really not worth the money I saved.
the man in charge was rude. He treats people with a condescending tone. I tried to call several times during the day but they never picked up the phone. if you want to be treated with a minimum of courtesy, I recommend that you go anywhere else but here .
My experience with this Budget Car Rental location was great. The staff was very nice and you can't beat the price. In fact, I am going back again today to rent another car.
We booked the car and got there to find out they were out of cars. He was unnecessarily rude and condescending. If you're a car rental agency and you don't have the only thing you sell, you could at least be friendly.
Cannot recommend. Rented car for a day on May 7. The vehicle was given to me in poor condition, had an expired inspection sticker, interior smelled a bit like cigarettes and marijuana, tire pressure indicator light was on, sticky stains on the back seat. The car shook whenever I approached 60 mph. In the end, I found a half smoked marijuana cigarette under the passenger seat when I returned the car. Luckily I wasn't pulled over and arrested transporting illegal drugs or have a tire blow out on I-95.
